In August I posted that I purchased a Smile Direct Club kit. I finished my six months of aligners on January 31st. I am extremely happy with the result. I mostly wore them every day except when I was eating or working out. The aligners are hard to work out and run in. At the end of the 6 months they have you buy retainers that you can only wear at night. They should be replaced every 6 months and worn probably forever.
